"Great Company"Aug 23, 2019

Current Employee - To Go Specialist

I have been working at Darden full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth within the company, great benefits, fair pay

Cons

Change in management happens frequently

Current Employee - Director of Real Estate

I have been working at Bolay full-time for less than a year

Pros

it's hard to find a great concept that has an equally great culture within not only the restaurants, but the four walls of the corporate office. From the leadership team on down, everyone is hard... working, but having fun doing it. That is not something that can get replicated at other organizations.

Cons

No cons to speak of at this time.
