Former Employee - IT Help Desk Support

I worked at DeVry University part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pros include camaraderie, kind-hearted, supportive, and driven to provide great support/service to our faculty and students

Cons

The only downside is that there's not a lot of benefits but that's because it's a work-study job

Advice to Management

Tweak the benefits just a bit

Current Employee - Agency Recruiter

I have been working at ECPI University full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work environment & coworkers

Cons

A bit of micromanaging from the top
