I worked at DeVry University part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pros include camaraderie, kind-hearted, supportive, and driven to provide great support/service to our faculty and students

Cons

The only downside is that there's not a lot of benefits but that's because it's a work-study job

Tweak the benefits just a bit
