Current Employee - Associate

I have been working at Debevoise & Plimpton full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Smart people, interesting work, everyone is generally pretty nice. I am happy with my choice.

Cons

Long hours (but that is biglaw for you)

Former Intern - Intern

I worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP for less than a year

Pros

The intern program at Paul Weiss was among one of the best i've experienced. I got the chance to meet with a number of partners, all from different law fields, and also got to see more of a financial... aspect of the law firm.

Cons

Work can get stagnant sometimes
