Pros

- CNX is a great workplace, the company keeps growing every year and that translate into more opportunities for employees (internal promotions) - Is located around the world and you are able to... work with people from different countries and learn from them - Strong focus on company values and its employees motivation

Cons

- The whole industry is changing and moving to a new technological direction, but at the same time this change is creating new opportunities on more technical fields (which is actually something good..., and employees that want to succeed need to keep working on their skills to become more technical)

Advice to Management

- Keep up the good work, Concentrix is a great place to work - Plan more resources to develop employees (Trainings, Tools, Tuition)
