Pros

IT has designed and delivered multiple innovative solutions and continues it's transformation. ISG lead the Agile Innovation model and other companies are now following ISG's leadership. Great... outlook for next 4-5 years with strong confidence and support for IT innovation.

Cons

No real Cons to speak of. Many of the negative reviews are likely from people that just can't innovative, can't adapt to change in IT and are more operational (i.e. rinse and repeat) Developers and... Analysts. The type of people that will THRIVE in ISG are the one's that are innovative/creative and can take the bull by the horn and push things forward. These types of people will get recognized and will have the full support of the organization
