Current Employee - Operations Research Scientist

Pros

Lots of benefits (good health, 401k). Not stressful environment. High leadership visibility and communication. Profit sharing means that sometimes your pay will be higher when business is good.... Company care (haven't laid off in a long time even through economic hardships like covid).

Cons

A bit of bureaucracy, bad traffic near ATL office.
