Current Employee - Flight Attendant

I have been working at ExpressJet Airlines full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

One of the highest paying regionals, wonderful flight attendant contract, great hotel contract, great bidding system and plenty of hours, various bases.

Cons

old 145 planes, bland boring uniforms, horrible worthless IAM Union.

Advice to Management

Pay more, get new planes, upgrade uniforms, get rid of the union.
