Pros

-Very diverse in people and thought (even in management) -People are excited to come to work and do the work -Employee appreciations are frequent -Always food in the office -Amazing travel... benefits -Community giveback -We get to help connect the world

Cons

-Cafeteria could be better -Possibly look to roll profit sharing into base salary. Rather have a higher base salary.
