Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at Dematic full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

I've experienced a lot of autonomy in working through tough, challenging issues. The details of work continue to change, allowing new challenges and opportunities for professional growth and learning... without growing stale in my career. There is a real and genuine concern for each employee throughout the organization, with a focus on professional growth and job satisfaction as well as project success of course.

Cons

While it is great that the company is large and provides for many opportunities, that means there are always a lot of initiatives being implemented across the company. This can be difficult to keep... up with an understanding of each of those initiatives and efforts across multiple departments.

Advice to Management

Keep up all the great things going on and continue the servant leadership attitude! Keep a focus on the few things of ultimate importance and don't allow yourself to fall for the trap of "everything... is of highest importance."

Former Employee - Backserver

I worked at Granada Corporation part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Few employees, high pay, convenient hours of operation, good management

Cons

hard to get shifts covered, very short scheduling notice
