Current Employee - Customer Service Representative

I have been working at Dermatology for Animals full-time for more than a year

Pros

From the small office to the larger organization, when you become an employee here, you become part of the family. They encourage you to become your best.

Cons

While offering full medical, chance to add disability insurance - I wish they offered reasonable dental and vision too.

Inspirational Executive Director, passionate colleagues making real change for animals. Talented, knowledgeable US team. Ability to use talents and skills to work collaboratively with in new ways.... Collaborative planning and Executive Director engages all members of the team. Ability look back on some amazing accomplishments with an unmatched sense of pride. Executive Director in the US built an office that is the most diverse of the organization and also inclusive.
