What Employees Say
I worked at Destiny Church
It is very rewarding to know that you are a part of ministry. Keeping records and providing administrative organization for a church is necessary.
Management had unrealistic expectations. As an employee, I was not given the tools to succeed in my job, nor was I supported toward success. Employees are expected to give total allegiance to this... church and totally disregard family life.
Advice to Management
Provide the tools for your employees to succeed, and treat your employees with respect; they are as important as you are.
