Featured Review

Current Contractor - PR Consultant

I have been working at Detroit Medical Center for more than 3 years

Pros

Focused on diversity and inclusion as well as meeting the health needs and improving overall quality of life for the residents of the communities it serves.

Cons

Downtown traffic can sometimes cause travel delays.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at US Department of Veterans Affairs full-time for less than a year

Pros

Supporting the Veteran experience is an honor. I come home each day feeling accomplished.

Cons

It can be difficult to maneuver through the various obstacles that present itself when working within a structured chain of command in an a government agency with over 400,000 employees. But those... difficulties can be overcome by intra and inter-office networking. Everyone has the same mission to support the Veteran experience, so it’s just a matter of working together to do so.
