Current Employee - Site Representative

I have been working at DialogueDirect full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company cares about the well-being of its employees. You get health benefits after 90 days, travel opportunities, and lots of performance-based incentives.

Cons

The job can be physically and emotionally draining, because you spend all day talking to strangers, and you're outdoors every day, rain or shine. That being said, management understands this aspect... of the job, and provides a lot of support to help employees manage these situations.

Advice to Management

Focus more on developing and retaining new and established leaders, not just new talent.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Atlanta BeltLine full-time for more than a year

Pros

Best and brightest coworkers. Innovation, imagination and creativity abound. Knowing that everything you do will make a difference by connecting neighborhoods, creating jobs, making residential and... commercial property accessible to more people. Informing the communities about sustainability. Decision making is swift and the work is fast-paced. Last but not least, having fun in a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

My position wasn't available 20 years ago. Upward mobility is not the game here in most cases. Only those at the top of their field will be hired and you do what you do best.

Advice to Management

Keep up the marvelous work.
