Awesome non profit that supports it's employees and really makes an impact in the communities that YPI serves.

Cons

YPI continues to grow and with it's growth the culture may start to shift towards corporate. Sentiment is that some managers may need to change their approach with interpersonal/professional... communication.

Advice to Management

Always take into account what direct service staff has to say about processes and systems that must be navigated according to grant outcomes
