"Love it here so far"

Pros

I think memorial hospital has been a very good place to start as a new grad. I have been supported throughout my whole experience and love my coworkers.

Cons

I wish in nursing we were able to get higher bonuses or stocks or just something to incentivize people to stay longer. I feel at this point our raises are not increasing as much as inflation is and... many experienced nurses are leaving due to this since Bakersfield is quickly becoming an expensive city to live in.
