I have been working at Dillard's full-time for less than a year

Pros

Dillard’s let’s each person run their business and make the contributions that generate the overal success.

Cons

Dillard’s compared to some of its competitors is sort of antiquated in its technology and it’s store decor.

Advice to Management

Update the technology and make the store more upscale like Saks or Bloomingdale’s to compete in the Speciality market.
