Work life balance, awesome culture, support higher education, v.affordable gym membership

Cons

Even though there is an office in the city, main HQ is in the burbs where your team will usually be present

• Strong and smart leadership • Very good benefits and perks • Exceptional work/life balance • Majority of employees are extremely smart and kind

Cons

• Salary could be a bit better (differs by dept/role) • Products/offerings aren't super appealing, but we work on improving them

Advice to Management

Look for ways to make contributions from all employees feel more valued
