Former Intern - Intern

I worked at Disney College Program for less than a year

Pros

Amazing experience for any Disney fan if you are willing to go outside of your comfort zone and take advantage of every opportunity they give you. You will get the chance to see behind the scenes at... the parks, get insane discounts, spend every waking hour in the parks either working or playing, find great career opportunities, and make friends to last a lifetime.

Cons

The hours can be long and hard, and depending on where you are I've heard management can be rough. You are there to work, most of the complaints I've heard are from people who didn't really want to... work 40+ hours a week. Just make sure to take advantage of your time off -- even if that's just being able to go to the parks for a few hours after work or before you head in.

Advice to Management

Keeping helping college students make magic! What an amazing opportunity!
