Featured Review

Current Employee - Operations Manager

I have been working at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great people, great benefits! Rewarding job!

Cons

No cons with working for The Walt Disney Company!

Information Architect

I have been working at Disneyland Paris

Pros

Great resume builder Challenging projects Wide variety of projects Fast paced, but fair (the odd late night s to be expected) Good work/life balance

Cons

Too many meetings Creative teams are detached from clients Many, many legal restrictions stymie creativity Lots of revisions Sometimes the process gets in the way of actually creating deliverables

Advice to Management

Get creative teams closer to clients. Focus on processes that get results, not the process itself. Really, this is a great place to work.
