Pros
A lot of perks, a lot of short breaks throughout the day, in-depth training, great work environment
Cons
Long hours could last 7 days a week, for weeks if there is a storm and you cannot call out of work no matter what or you will get fired.
Pros
Variety would be my number 1 pro to list. Over my career, I had the opportunity to work on some amazing teams. The second pro, which in some ways is level with the first, is the people. I had the... pleasure of meeting so many outstanding individuals throughout my career. Variety of work and the people are why I stayed with the company.
Cons
As with any large corporation a con can be the process, procedures and amounts of approval you need on projects. I will say the company recognized this and was actively addressing at the time I... retired.
