Supportive learning culture, lots of internal learning apps and paths to follow, excellent HR talent system where you can explore new roles and apply on line, track goals and the new performance... feature is so much better than legacy Oracle products. Pay is great, lots of work life balance.
Cons
Self direction is a must, a place for self learners, self drivers and those who want to foster change and innovate on a daily basis. Huge global company, you have to be able to hold your own.
