Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Dynapower full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to learn and grow professionally; medium-sized company doing business with major global companies such as GE, Tesla, Freeport McMoran and many others. Lots of opportunities for growth... and development that enable employees to stay sharp. If an employee is ready to learn and not afraid to take challenges, this is the place to work. There’s a terrific management team with deep expertise and technical acumen. In the last few years, the company brought on some very smart people with industry knowledge and experience; therefore, there are new ideas that are good for the direction of the company. Management is very open to new ideas and there are no closed doors. My manager is accessible and works hard to attract the right people to contribute to the company’s progress

Cons

Company’s businesses are tied to the commodities market, which is driven by the stock market and any hiccup in the manufacturing industry has some impact on the company.

Advice to Management

Too many changes can distract from long-term goals.
