I have been working at EAI Information Systems full-time for more than 3 years
First, it offers you the opportunity to gain and sharpen programming and management skills; EAI offers hands -on experience on both new and old technological tools used in the software industry.... Again, the company has great potential, following the introduction of newer Microsoft tools which are on the fore of the software industry, plus the creation of new a technology team which applies the newest software tools in creating cutting edge solutions to our clients. There is a fairly good relationship between management and everybody in all teams and suggestions are welcomed. In my team, my inputs are accepted, discussed and implemented when they make sense and applicable to the scenario. I will also agree with the 1st reviewer in the sense that remuneration is fair for a company of this caliber and still do believe that things will keep on improving for a continuous cohesion of the company’s goals and employees’ expectation.
