Current Employee - District Manager

I have been working at EFI Global full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great colleagues, team environment and a general sense of caring.

Cons

Merger caused speed bumps but coming out the back end bigger and better

Advice to Management

Keep the focus on the colleagues and keep giving the freedom and resourcing needed for everyone to be successful.

Current Employee - Forensic Engineer

I have been working at DONAN full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The personality of the CEO permeates throughout the company. This means that it does feel like family, objectives are focused, and employees that are naturally driven will fit in (and do) well. ... All in all though it is a good place to work as an engineer. Leadership has their head in the right place and the work/life balance for engineers is hard to beat.

Cons

Like any group of people there are individuals that do not seem to be 100% on board with the culture. There are also decisions that are made that can be hard to understand from the bottom. That all... comes with working within a corporate structure.
