Pros

Decent healthcare benefits (but limited PTO, and sick days come out of PTO).

Cons

Either you're part of the "in crowd" aka Chinese, or you're disposable. A lot of nepotism at this Chinese-run company, and a feeling that if you don't know someone important/have connections to the... CEO in some way, you won't advance. Employees that didn't perform well and were American would be fired, but Chinese employees that didn't do well would just get transferred to different departments.

Advice to Management

Value your U.S. team more and treat people equally no matter who they know/don't know. Give U.S. managers more leeway to promote/grow their teams, not have every decision coming from the CEO.

Not even a single point to mention as positive

Cons

No work ethics; Hire and fire policy. If you're offered a job here, pls dont join. I can promise that you'd be terminated in 3 months. For freshers, no pay. No benefits. They dont even treat you as... employee. They dont pay ESI, PF on time. They collect all your original academic ceritificates, which is illegal. You have to pay hefty deposit. No salary on time. Female candidates are highly warned/advised not to join here.

Advice to Management

Please learn proper management skills. Instead of hiring people to write positive reviews on your company, why dont act like one in real time?
