Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at EPCOR full-time

Pros

Company perks, training, trust, good people

Cons

Low pay range for top notch talent. Pay should be based on employee selected not generic pay range which is same for all applicants.

Advice to Management

Pay employees what they are worth and they will stay with the company.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at City of Edmonton part-time

Pros

Mill Woods had an amazing Aquatics Programmer, the head lifeguard is very welcoming. The work can be time consuming if you're not organized, but great staff to work with, and I really loved my work... family.

Cons

There is a chance you might have an overbearing Aquatics Programmer, but there are always more than one pool near a community.
