I have been working at EY full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

High involvement by internal groups and supportive management EY Assist Diverse Workforce Great work environment Fun people and interesting projects Free coffee, snacks, and some meals After... hour activities High Tech workforce with awesome technology

Cons

Some cons are always present, but I've had almost all of them resolved by working with the groups within EY so they may be immediate but they are not long term issues.

Advice to Management

Keep treating us in an inclusive manner, provide lots of different types of learning opportunities for everyone even the learning challenged. Keep both a young and vibrant and older and mature... workforce, don't base advancement on looks.

I have been working at Protiviti full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

The culture at Protiviti really sets the organization apart. It is very welcoming, collaborative and inclusive. Leadership is really pushing innovation across the board to ensure the company and... people are well positioned for the future. The relationship to Robert Half, who owns Protiviti, provides huge financial backing and stability, as well as opportunities to provide services in concert with Robert Half that other organizations simple cannot.

Cons

Because the organization is so collaborative, there are times were decision making should be faster. The organization is growing quickly which is good, but there are growing pains in how we operate... and change to grow beyond our $1B run rate.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and continue to give opportunities to the next generation of Protiviti.
