Current Contractor - Event Manager

Pros

My boss is incredible and has a lot of faith and confidence in our team, which is a huge plus. I have a lot of creative freedom and responsibility too. I’ve really enjoyed all the events and travel... that I’ve been given the opportunity to do as well, I’ve grown as an event professional tremendously so far!

Cons

Being contract it’s tough not knowing when you’re contract could be extended especially since this role is a such a good one to be in!
