Featured Review

Current Employee - Customer Service

I have been working at EZlocal full-time for more than a year

Pros

- very good work/life balance - relaxed work environment - good pay - room to move up - friendly people - burgeoning industry - small office perks

Cons

- expensive health insurance - communication between the sales and service side is strained

Advice to Management

Improve communication throughout the whole office for more efficiency, otherwise, I'm glad to be working here.

Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Dealer eProcess full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Every day is different and goes by extremely fast. Love that both owners of the company are involved in the daily business, most companies have owners that are never even seen. Dress code, pool... table (I'm pretty good), snack bar.

Cons

I wish they were closer to where i live but I don't mind the travel, i actually enjoy my job and the culture.

Advice to Management

Keep growing and promoting from within. Maybe look into other industries besides automotive?
