Featured Review

Current Employee - Field Staff

I have been working at Easterseals full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Pay, attentive supervisors, interdepartmental cooperation

Cons

scheduling, distance, commute, client struggles, not much

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Atlanta BeltLine full-time for more than a year

Pros

Best and brightest coworkers. Innovation, imagination and creativity abound. Knowing that everything you do will make a difference by connecting neighborhoods, creating jobs, making residential and... commercial property accessible to more people. Informing the communities about sustainability. Decision making is swift and the work is fast-paced. Last but not least, having fun in a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

My position wasn't available 20 years ago. Upward mobility is not the game here in most cases. Only those at the top of their field will be hired and you do what you do best.

Advice to Management

Keep up the marvelous work.
