Pros

The pay was competitive for an internship, I had good co-workers who I enjoyed working with, and the work was interesting, and I learned a lot.

Cons

Initially the position was fully remote, but after a while it transitioned to a hybrid situation, with 3 days in office per week required. This wasn't horrible, but it could be a nuisance at times,... especially when everyone was already used to working fully remote for the past few years.
