Great Pay and abundant overtime
"Good old Boys" Management Mentality. Supervisors are underpaid and overworked. Favoritism and Nepotism runs rampant! Maintenance, I and E, and Operations are all working against each other instead... of with each other. The blame game is at an extreme at EDNF which causes fear, hostility, and dishonesty among all employees. If you get employed at EDNF, your life will change drastically!!! Operations Motto is " Deny, Deny, Deny" and " Lie, Lie Lie."
Advice to Management
Get off your chairs and build a Team! Stop being the sand in the gears of Operations and be the grease that makes the gears run smooth. Hold all employees equally responsible and create a level... playing field. All Operations Positions are equally important to the smooth running of the Plant. Quit being afraid of CVR Partners and tell it like it is.
