I have been working at Eaton

Pros

Safety first. Good pay. Flexible in work life balance.

Cons

Pay is same for everyone. No incentive to do more. Flat rate no matter what you know or skill set.

Advice to Management

Bonus based on production. 3 weeks vacation to start. Work on benefits.

Former Intern - Intern Marketing

I worked at Siemens

Pros

Working time is really flexible

Cons

Not much to learn as an intern
