Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at Edelman full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Diversity of work, large client list, flexibility and good work/life balance, fantastic people to work with

Cons

Some processes are out of date and there are times when work can suffer due to unrealistic expectations or turnarounds or low budgets. But we do our best, always.

Advice to Management

Reward the people that put the most heart into the company. They should be rewarded and feel valued. Work harder to match average salaries. Otherwise, you risk losing some of your best.

Former Employee - Web and Mobile Developer

I worked at Sparxoo full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fantastic coworkers that are extremely talented. Enjoyable projects where you will have a lot of say in the end-product. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn. Beautiful work environment.

Cons

Turnover is indeed an issue and can make projects difficult to navigate at times. Internal processes could be hit or miss at moments but they are working on them and have made great progress.

Advice to Management

Continue making strides on your internal processes and focus on the employees that have stuck it through from the beginning.
