Pros
Before I started at Sprout, I had heard a ton about the awesome culture, benefits, etc. After working here for over a year, I can honestly say it's all 100% true! I work with some really awesome... people - it's a very collaborative and supportive environment. The leadership team is rock solid, and always very transparent about their visions for the future of the company. There are also a lot of career growth opportunities, good benefits, and bonus potential. Lastly, customers really like Sprout, which makes for good conversations in my day-to-day.
Cons
The only downside is that social media changes at a quick pace, so it can be hard to keep up with product updates, training, etc.
