Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Einstein Industries full-time for less than a year

Pros

Very calm work environment with great hours and pay. Managers and co-workers are always willing to help. Not an overwhelming work load at all compared to other sales positions. Company culture is... great - lots of monthly activities and meetings that keep everyone involved.

Cons

Morning trainings can be a bore, however, we also have afternoon trainings that are more helpful in terms of growing as a salesperson.

I have been working at AGL Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

AGL is great because your success is a direct result of your personal work ethic and motivation. Any individual that is looking for an opportunity to advance quickly within a company and is willing... to work hard will succeed here . You are not micro-managed and there is no seniority which provides opportunities for rapid growth within the company.

Cons

Challenges come with every job. If you're not willing to put in some hard work and learn new skills, then you're in for a tough going.
