Featured Review

Current Employee - Program Manager

I have been working at Elbit Systems of America full-time for more than a year

Pros

Two weeks paid time off, 4 weeks paid baby leave, comp time for over 40 hours a week... and great family culture

Cons

Large organization with structured promotion

Advice to Management

Look within before you scope out for promotions.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at KMC Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

KMC's employees operate as one team. All areas of the business interact, support one another and contribute to the overall goal of positively influencing the medical and life sciences markets which... thereby positively effect patient care. Employees feel good about making a difference. Although there are hundreds of employees, it feels like a close-knit community. There are many activities in which employees show support for one another, for other departments and for charities in the community. KMC is a growing company and also currently has 9/80 work schedule.

Cons

Not a con, but an awareness that employees are expected to work on-site. The company does not support working remotely. However, as long as a person puts in their hours (whether an employee is hourly... or salaried), there is some flexibility in the daily schedule.
