Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great leadership team who are highly transparent and leading with a strong vision for the next 5-10 years in the video game industry.

Cons

Gaming can be a polarizing industry and the shadow of EA’s former failures are never far from the public eye. This can lead to conservative thinking at times.

Advice to Management

Don’t compromise on the vision for nextgen gaming. Be a strong leader in the industry.
