Pros

Excellent place to work with great benefits.

Cons

Work schedule could have you working undesirable hours.

Current Employee - IT Director

I have been working at GoodRx full-time for more than a year

Pros

The people in the organization are motivated, smart, humble, and friendly. The CEOs put an emphasis on the well-being of the staff and you can tell it's genuine and not just part of a trend or... something for PR.

Cons

Some of the middle tier managers can be less enthusiastic about the well-being of the staff but it's not bad enough to ruin your day.

Advice to Management

Always make sure you're sticking with Doug and Trevor's values.
