Featured Review
I have been working at Eli Lilly and Company full-time for less than a year
Pros
Benefits; flexibility; work life balance; work from home opportunities; personal well being encouraged;
Cons
Change management is not the smoothest process; No SOPs in place for some positions, makes transition difficult.
Advice to Management
Consider having an organized training structure for people new to the company/ role. This training could/ should encompass company structure/ hierarchy, compounds specific to a therapeutic area and... where they are in the pipeline.
