Former Employee - Office Support

I worked at Elite Marketing Interactions part-time for more than a year

Pros

Since I was a student there, my work schedule was flexible with my class schedule.

Cons

Only getting paid $8.25 an hour

I worked at Elite Marketing and Management

Pros

Meet people that are college age.

Cons

Elite is a scam that gives you no badge, clear pay structure, organization, or room for advancement. False promises, and brainwashing employees are part of the job.

Advice to Management

Stop being a fly by night company and respect people.
