Current Contractor - Model

I have been working at Elite Model for more than 10 years

Pros

Best representation by very nice people

Cons

Many models to compete with

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation

Pros

Amazing cause. Great people to work with and learn from. I truly enjoyed my time here and learned a lot about how non-profit organizations are structured. Management does a great job with exposing... you to the projects you've been working on. You don't just do behind the scenes work, you actually get placed at the events and are part of executing them.

Cons

If you want to be involved more, you need to be pro-active about it. It's a small organization, so there's not too much room to move up, but its a great way to build other connections.

Advice to Management

Provide training for interns, and maybe some opportunities for professional development just to build this program.
