I have been working at New York Model Management for more than a year

Pros

One of the best agencies in NYC. Great team of bookers that invest a lot of time into career development and getting you jobs. The team has a vast array of industry connections and an incredible... reputation.

Cons

Modeling is inconsistent and demands an open schedule. Difficult to pursue career opportunities/school as a full time or even part time model. Be prepared to not know your schedule until the day... before a job/casting around 6pm. Last minute booking and shoots are frequent so it can be difficult to plan ahead/have a consistent schedule. These are all cons of modeling, not necessarily the agency.
