- Very good opportunity to learn and grow - Amazing team that is ready to help and support each other all the time - Open structure. If you show initiative you can grow into any position - If you... love challenges and love to solve problems – this is the place

If you are not a positive person and are self motivated you will be miserable. If you always require supervision then you will have hard time.

Advice to Management

Provide better visibility in to the future. Show the clear path to destination and major mile stones company wants to achieve.
