Featured Review

Current Employee - Regional Risk Manager

I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Everyone who has succeeded in Enterprise Holdings started at the beginning as a management trainee. You have the ability to reach out to nearly anyone in any position and they will be able to relate,... answer questions, and help keep you motivated. You forge relationships with other employees that last a lifetime.

Cons

The management team and department head team will expect hard, accurate, and ethical work. Its not really a negative side to the company; because they were expected the same from their managers. The... standards are just simply set high!

Advice to Management

Continue to push and lead from the front. Encourage, develop, and mentor all employees. Expect the very best from them, and they should expect the very best from you.

Current Employee - Business Development Manager

I have been working at TXU Energy full-time for more than a year

Pros

Freedom to manage your own pipeline and manage your own goals with no micro management

Cons

none , no complaints as of yet
