Everyone who has succeeded in Enterprise Holdings started at the beginning as a management trainee. You have the ability to reach out to nearly anyone in any position and they will be able to relate,... answer questions, and help keep you motivated. You forge relationships with other employees that last a lifetime.

Cons

The management team and department head team will expect hard, accurate, and ethical work. Its not really a negative side to the company; because they were expected the same from their managers. The... standards are just simply set high!

Advice to Management

Continue to push and lead from the front. Encourage, develop, and mentor all employees. Expect the very best from them, and they should expect the very best from you.
