Great comp time system, so if you work overtime you can accrue more time off than your base 2 or 3 weeks (this is limited to staff level, not project managers). Very supportive of mentorship,... professional development, and involvement in external organizations.

Annoyingly focused on one's billable metrics, sometimes on a weekly basis. Work/life balance can be a challenge at the pace that expect staff to work.
