"Fantastic Culture & Willingness to Grow"

Pros

Ethos Group sets the standard for having exceptional culture and that starts from the top. All companies have a form of a mission statement, vision, values, etc. but Ethos actually walks the walk.... Employees are not micromanaged and they are always looking for ways to grow and benefit their current Dealer Partners. The investment to stay up and lead the industry w/ updated technology is a huge benefit for all the Reps in the field.

Cons

If you are someone that needs to have someone checking in on you in order to get anything done, this is definitely not the company for you.
