Pros

Etsy has a great culture, focused on having a work life balay, supporting remote workers, and encouraging the growth of their employees (training, rotations, etc.) My coworkers at Etsy are great as... well, goes hand in hand with the culture, but not only does Etsy have the processes and policies in place (for example) to have peer driven recognition, but people actually use it!

Cons

Like everyone else, Etsy struggles some times to balance short term reaction (as in today's macro economics) with longer term strategies it has in place.

Pros

- Clear company goals and values. It's great to see that everything that the company does has a common denominator. - Great people and communication culture. People feel respected and are not... hesitant to speak out loud. - Great benefits, respect to personal life, and many other things that make employee retention rate very high. They DO care!
